At SignatureMenswear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
